1. General

  1. The following delivery and payment conditions apply to all of our deliveries and services.

  2. All rights, obligations, quotes, orders and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply, as well as these conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

2. Prices

All prices are including 21% VAT.

3. Shipping costs

  1. Shipping costs inside the EU will be added in shopping cart.

  2. Shipping costs outside the EU will be added in shopping cart.

  3. We will ship your order as a package.

  4. You cannot add more packages after placing your order.

  5. Eventual custom clearance costs and import duties are for the buyer.

4. Payment

  1. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with an overview and an order number. Please read these carefully, any mistakes have to be reported within 3 days after the order is placed.

  2. Orders will only be delivered after receipt of payment.

  3. You can pay online directly using iDEAL, PayPal, or with Visa/Mastercard.

  4. In case you pay by credit card, the money can be debited immediately at the moment of payment - depending your bank.

5. Shipment

  1. All items will be transferred to the shipping courier after receipt of the approved payment.

  2. You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail that will include a track-and-trace code.

  3. Van Engelen & Evers b.v. is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or loss and/or damage.

  4. Changes and/or cancellation within placed orders can only be made with the consent of the seller.

6. Returns

If you're not satisfied, we'll fix it! We like to have satisfied customers and treat your artworks with the utmost care. If you are not satisfied, let us know within 10 business days after receipt by e-mail. Together we'll discuss how we can solve your issue quickly and completely.

Return shipping costs are for the buyer to be paid.

7. Liability

  1. Van Engelen & Evers b.v. is not liable for damage that may have resulted from the use of the products we've delivered. Van Engelen & Evers b.v. shall not be liable for any damage, either physical, material, or immaterial, resulting from misuse of the products we sell.

  2. Van Engelen & Evers b.v. shall not be liable for damage to items caused during the stitching process.

  3. The content of this site has been composed with care. Van Engelen & Evers b.v. however, cannot guarantee that certain information is not incorrect and/or incomplete. Van Engelen & Evers b.v. is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on their website.

  4. Van Engelen & Evers b.v. cannot be held responsible for color deviations resulting from display quality.

Van Engelen & Evers b.v. aims to have satisfied customers. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, we'll be happy to discuss these with you.
Complaints must be sent by registered mail, within 5 working days after receiving the products.
